Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantity of full boxes you wish to return.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all tiles are in their original packaging and securely stacked on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service with insurance for high-value stone and ceramic goods.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
